The Siemens cars used on the San Joaquin are really nice, I know they're a bit different than the Airo trains, but a definite upgrade. The bi-level coaches are getting really outdated. For people that really like the Horizon cars, Amtrak still uses a couple on the San Joaquin. They don't hold passengers, but they are on the train.
