@BobbyDing without rubber tires, the loco would spin its wheels before it got anywhere near 5.5 amps. Remove the tires, fill the grooves with JB Weld (?) and level it out carefully to achieve a smooth, concentric tread. Perhaps never worry about overcurrent OR tire replacement ever again...?
