@Don McErlean  I was curious too, so I did a search. We can't put links to auction sites, by the Bay has one with the number 467110.  Its door doesn't open and the rails are red, same color as the car.  I think the car @Sitka has, the door rails were painted.  If you look at Sitka's car closely, the door looks molded in.

@Sitka- I am really interested in the car you posted and labeled "Marx".  Since it has a sliding door, it would naturally be labeled a "deluxe" box car in Marx collector's nomenclature.  However, there is no reference to a B&O deluxe boxcar in any Marx reference material that I have.  In addition, the printing on the door would also be unique.  If you don't mind, could you include a more clear picture of this car and tell me what its car number is, I can't read the printing.  Thanks.

Now for my BxCarSun offering.  Here is another of my Kline box cars.  I admittedly got this one because i was fascinated by the livery and the design of the "lightening bolt" logo.  Federal Pioneer is apparently a manufacturer of electrical components, and is still in business and advertises on the internet.  This car dates from  5 / 1993, so it is some 32 years old.  It is one of Kline's 9 1/2 " boxcars so it is a little out of my normal collecting venue as I usually try to concentrate on the 8" car to match my Marx cars but as I said I loved the logo. It is partially obscured but the car number is K-649107 in "Kline speak"!
