Bought a couple of things the week of Thanksgiving that I'm finally getting around to posting. Thanks to ebay, Nick Smith's and more!
First up(wow poor quality, apologize for that) K-line by Lionel B&O Boxcab that I picked up at Nick Smith's(downstairs) love box cabs, steeple cabs in toy or real life and like pre-war trains so finding an excellently priced modern box cab was nice!
MTH Railking LV Diecast quad hopper- woah is this guy heavy! Tinplate semaphore is from Nick Smith, "guardrail" is a plastruct truss I painted for my expanding road with smaller vehicles.
Another shot of the hopper which looks great with the Williams N5C Caboose(also diecast). Recently purchased a C628 LV Snowbird that was advertised as Proto 2, but, unfortunately it was the locosounds version
EXTREMELY HAPPY to have picked up this Nick Smith exclusive trolley! The Liberty Bell Limited ran between Philly & Allentown(where I live) the trolley says "Allentown Special" on the black plate. Also new- soldering iron,(upgrade) my first fastrack switch, MTH UP switchtower that I bought at a LHS and all the figures are from 4 different ModelPower packs which I purchased for $5 each.
MTH row house and Lionel Work house again with new Model Power figures. I bought 3 of those MTH piers, 16 Fastrack elevated trestle pieces, and a graduated trestle set(bag in back of photo) for a dollar a piece at an LHS.
AHM Borden's reefer. Bought this just for the novelty of having an AHM o-gauge piece. Also, love that it's a Borden's.
Still gotta open these postal workers up. The green truck is a 1:$3 scale road champs from my grandfather. Plasticville police station isn't new- just setting there to set the seen.
Final shot of what will be going on my layout extension in addition to a good deal of other accessories!
