Hopefully you find a home with enough storage that all the train boxes don't have to go the Train Room when you move in. Here it's no basement, no sheds, not much attic, only the garage. I had to figure out the logistics and make it happen. All the other unpacking and setting up house (Honey Dos) and regular day to day also contributed to the delay.
