Another addition to the pile of projects is this Central Locomotive Works GP35. I get to rework the last owners attempt at soldering. He removed some of the excess solder with a small grinder, taking any underlying brass detail along with it. There's already about 3 hours work put into filing away slop and defects. A bind in a gearbox on one truck also needs attention. It'll probably go back in the box for now.
