My Menards sauerkraut plant (converted to a pickle plant) needs support, so in

addition to building a cannery, I found today a Lionel pickle car, and have tracked

down an Atlas ART reefer. (ART reefers were used in quantity to move vegetables

produced along the San Luis Southern, one remote, hardscrabble railroad!, in south central Colorado, where I envision my pickle plant and cannery will get their cucumbers)
