Advertised as NOS and clearly has been out of the box before (lift ribbons under the locomotive), no signs of being run. These are great little engines. I have the ATSF model and it's one of my favorites. It even survived a swan dive to the floor with minimal damage. Enjoy! Don't be too disappointed when you hit the whistle the first time......
