Can This 1033 Be Fixed?

While resurrecting my Lionel stuff I haven't seen in 20 years I found a 1033 I didn't recall having.  I have another one that works well, along with some small transformers, and I just bought a great ZW.  I plugged the 1033 in, and didn't get any juice out of any post.  I've attached a screen capture of another 1033, and the bit I've circled in red is missing from mine.  There's just a hole there.

I looked up some 1033 manuals, and didn't see a parts list.  Is this a part that I can buy (I don't even know what to call it)?  If I can buy it, is this something I can fix on my own, or should I take it in somewhere?  If I take it in, will it cost more to fix it than it's worth (I really don't need it, but I hate to throw things away if salvageable)?

Thanks in advance.
