Was going through old photo albums for something I was doing on a New York City Bus Fan site on Facebook and came across these 4 photos that I took on my (and unfortunately only one so far) trip to Chicago. Went up there in August 1990 for a big horse race at Arlington Racecourse (I was huge into horse racing at that time) and stayed with a friend who lived in the neighborhood by the Berwyn L Station.
Went to Google Maps and glad to see that the Jewel Osco stores by the Berwyn Station are still there
Don't have an idea where I took this photo. 2600 Series, correct?
These were taken when she and I went into the city. Interesting mix of the 2600 Series and 6000 Series (the Bob Newhart cars as I call them 
) on the same consist. I have no idea where this intersection is in the city. Can someone let me know where it is?
All these photos were taken with an old 110 style camera with no zoom. Can't ever imagine using one of those now.
