Converting Atlas manual 0-54 awitch to remote.

I recn elty bought a pair of Atlas 0-54 manual switches and when asked if I could trade one of them back for a remote, he said the switch could be converted to a remote as it had all the features to do so. Since I am not a geek by any means, does anyone have specific and detaled directions on how to do this? Thank you all in advance.
