Did MTH issue/make a replacement for the recalled smoking tank car?

I sent in my MTH smoking tank car that was recalled, probably about a year ago, and never heard from them. They said that as long as my info was there I would be sent a replacement, nothing yet. Does anyone know of any updates? thanks
