Train Controller computer program:
- This thread has already gone over my head technically (must be bunch of electrical engineers in this forum
).
- I just wanted to mention the German Train Controller computer program -- which I don't see mentioned in this thread.

- The open-to-the-public-363-days Paradise & Pacific O-gauge club in Scottsdale AZ has been using this Train Controller program on a limited basis to control their MTH Proto-2 and Proto-3 DCS locos.
- . . . .The below image shows the Train Controller display of their layout on a computer screen.
- A US firm called Hikel Automation wrote a "backend" program that somehow converts the Train Controller program's DCC commands to DCS commands.
- The other 2 public clubs in the "Model Railroad Building" (HO &N) also use the same Train Controller program with their DCC systems (Digitrax I believe).

- Personally, JMRI and the Train Controller program seem to be "over my head".
- However, as a shameless "self promotion", please allow me to mention that for more simple-minded people like myself, you can use the NCE DCC "Mini-Panel" for SIMPLE 3-rail automation - as I have attempted to demonstrate in the TrainProgramming.com Video .
