Thanks Mike. For a 40 year old layout, it running pretty good.

Good point: The GN R-2 had high tonnage pull but was slow in the mountains, probably, only running 15-25 MPH.

Each articulated had their 'high points'.

You forgot the C&O H-8 2-6-6-6.

For all around power and speed, the BB, probably, takes the 'cake'.

N&W knew how to build engines.
