Eureka, finally figured it out!

The truck is a Weaver from the Baldwin VO-1000 model. It is the only engine Weaver made that used the AAR type A truck.

Now to find the motor mount. Which is smaller than the others Weaver used.

I know Bob Lavezzi has most of the parts from when Weaver closed. Any other sources?
