How would I convert MTH European couplers to work with regular knuckle couplers

Hi All

Basically I'm looking for a "buy this" list in order to take 2 MTH steam engines (BR44 and a bavarian) that have NEM 365 hook and chain couplers, to work with regular knuckle couplers OR a kadee coupler, and which parts I'd need to buy in order to make that happen.
