I can honestly tell you that we have sold over a thousand of the different varieties of ore cars and this is a first with this problem. We would be happy to replace the trucks with good ones if you desire or issue you a refund. We stand behind the product we sell. RMT is learning and making corrections to its product when a deficiency is found.
