A few questions that might help:

Has the Kline ever mounted the incline and how dies it run on flat loops? Is this Problem new?

will other locomotives mount the incline and can you measure current? How do they compare with the Kline? Your power supply is only one amp and might be limiting the blunami which I think will do 4 amps

Can you power directly from the 180w brick so it is just AC and the blunami?

my guess is your Amazon power supply is too small😕

Hi.
The k line can maintain speed and keep running on the incline when it has a smaller load or is running on its own. It seems to run fine on level surfaces as well.
My other engine which is a northern 4-8-4 runs and pulls much more up the incline with no issues. I’ll need to check track voltage when it’s running though

The decoder only runs on DC so I can’t remove the converter or it might ruin it.

I haven’t been able to find a similar converter that puts out 4 amps. The search continues.
thank you!
