This same question was asked of Mike Phillips (GM of Lionel) during the LCCA convention.  His response was to send the information to TalkToUS@LIONEL.COM  They have set up a clearing house to monitor the emails for the Cab3 (and controls) related questions, etc. From what I understand, these are collected and responded to as appropriate, with any new issues/finding that may be of general interested posted on their dedicated controls related website - https://control.lionel.com

I just went to their new site.  There is lots of information there.

Correct. Please email the call center. I set them up with a bug tracker that reports to me. It's better to get it all from a single source, otherwise I'd be checking forums, Facebook, emails, and bat signals . Please include device information, including OS version, as that's critical in tracking things down.

We have a good list of the things that are needing worked on. There will be periodic updates over the coming months as we nail things down. Basic functionality is there. Just some clean up and a few new features yet to implement.
