Good Morning, wftTrains!

Truly sage advice! The size and scope of my current layout is a very important consideration. As I'm just getting started in O Guage, I have plenty of time to "build", and of course never be "all done"! I still have a lot of LGB,too. Patience is going to be key - a trait I'm not really good with. "Sleep on it" has to be my mantra! Plus I come from building models - planes and armor- where kits, decals, etc. disappear rapidly and are gone. OOP is to familiar a phrase.

My O guage is VERY basic, VERY small, and only powered by a Z1000, plus a separate transformer for lighting, etc. At this point, I am only running one train at a time, but I hope that won't be a permanent situation!

I did get into the hunt on the 1118 you mentioned, and if it doesn't work out, as "Annie" says - "Tomorrow,......" Good to know summer is a good time to buy. At this point, basic "bells and whistles" will do just fine for me and the Grandkids. And, a deep breath before "Pay Now" is a good thing.

Thank you, Sir!

Cheers,

Bill
