MTH 20-5529-1 NJ TRANSIT ALP 44 (AEM 7) - Intermittent P/S 2.0 Sounds

I recently purchased a used MTH NJ Transit Alp 44 pronto-sound 2.0 (MTH 20-5529-1). In DCS mode the bell and whistle will not work, no crew yard chatter, and no PFA sounds. When track power is turned off the engine has sounds for a few seconds. I replaced the battery with a new one from MTH. I tried a feature and factory reset from my DCS Commander and still can not get any sounds in DCS mode. I am open to any suggestions at this time.
