I took the cover off the speaker cover and pulled out the speaker about a 1/2 to see if there was any damage to the speaker, no damage was visibly found. I remounted the speaker and place the engine back on the tracks, in conventional mode I now get sounds, but engine will not move in conventional mode no matter how much I throttle up. So I now go to DCS mode and get intermittent crew sounds ,Bell and whistle now work intermittent when buttons are pressed on DCS Commander, its like sometimes there is sound and sometimes not. When I removed the cover earlier l looked carefully for any pinched grounded wires and found none. I guess my dislodging the speaker and replaced in back into position must have moved something around that I am not aware of to get the sounds back. I am still scratching my head and desperately trying to get this engine to work as per specs. I'm sending out a SOS to the members, any suggestions? Where do I go from here?
