MTH PS1 Board Repair ?

Hello,

Is there anyone that repairs QSI PS1 circuit boards.

I have (2) units, 1 no sound or dings, 1 dings, has sound, doesnt move...

or know what is a common failure or cheap upgrade replacement ?
