If tied in with the movie, there will be fees.  Plus, it looks like the locomotive's been "dolled up" for the movie.

You might be right about fees, I am just a simple modelrailroader who does not know about fees. The picture you show is not the 241A; you show a 241P (a completely different animal), which has also examples restored in running order. The only "dolled up" part to the 241A in the movie is an added snow plow.

But, the shape of smoke deflectors and that visored headlight blocking the smokebox door latch strike me as a bit strange:
