There are two whistles you will hear in this video. The higher pitched one is the all brass whistle from NKP 700, built in 1934. The 765 has carried this whistle since her first overhaul complete in 1979. The lower pitched whistle is from the PRR East Altoona Roundhouse, once the world's largest roundhouse. It is a 3-chime, 8" diam. Lunkenheimer whistle.
