There are date issues with some of this stuff:

1. American Express Agency went into the REA in the late 1920's. Some AMA carry over after the change, but one has to be careful after the changeover.

2. ICC banned "billboards" on refers sometime in the 1930's. Cars were legal, billboard on sides were not.
