For a one-hour window, I think that the TCA museum would be a better experience, or perhaps the Choo Choo Barn. IMO, the absolute minimum for RRMPA is about 2 hours, and that probably means skipping a lot of stuff.

If you haven't been in the area for awhile, be aware that traffic between York and Lancaster can be a nightmare, although it's probably better on weekends.
