Power Recommendations

I’m new to model trains (as of last Christmas) and I’m struggling to figure out power and control.

I want to efficiently wire and power 5 layouts with minimum equipment. I run Legacy engines only and have no plans to run other types.

For power, I currently own:

6-85226 180-Watt PowerHouse Power Supply (x1)
TMCC Direct Lockon (x1)
CW80 Transformers [willing to sell these and only run PowerHouses] (x2)
MTH Terminal 12-Port Block (x1)
18GA & 14GA Wire + Female Insulated Quick-Disconnect Terminals (.110")

What do I need to buy to run 5 Legacy engines on these 5 fastrack layouts (4 switches on the big layout)? Any wiring recommendations?

Thanks so much for your advice! Google searches and video watching haven’t helped me very much.
