I don't see anything visually broken. I am going to switch out this DZ-1000 to eliminate the electrical variable. If that works, then I will need to dig deeper into the unit and the mechanisms. However, the last time I opened one up, it ended in a mess; I kept the pieces to remind me of my mistakes.LOL
