Premier Niagara electrical connection problem.

When I insert the reverse unit plug, that extends out of the tender, into the receptacle at the back of the boiler cab it keeps coming lose and shorts out.

Is there a repair for this problem? Possibly a new plug assembly.? Thank you for any input to this problem!
