@luvindemtrains Dave, I have the photos you sent me. In fact, I am on the verge of submitting your grandmother's house to be merit judged as part of the NMRA AP Structures category!
As the part supporting the pipe, Plastruct sells them. The are called vessel support (VS). Unfortunately for reasons unknown, Plastruct has removed item dimensions from their website (Yeah, dirt stupid 
). They used to be there in the detailed descriptions of each item. Maybe they exist somewhere as a table, but I haven't found them. Unless you have a paper catalog, it's hard to be accurate.
