Just added more realistic syncing of Diesel RPM levels as you increase/decrease throttle via the PyTrain methods. I have to do the same for Engine Labor as well (TBD).

Does anyone know offhand if Engine Labor (effects) applies to Steam and/or Electric, as it does to Diesel? I'm only applying RPM effects to Diesel engines (as does the Cab 3).
