Back in the 80's when I lived in the Pocono Mts of PA, I placed an ad in the Pocono Record wanting to buy RR stuff. Got a call and eventually bought an assortment of items from a retired agent from East Stroudsburg, PA. This wax sealer is one of my favorites from that group.
