? regarding Newer Atlas O prebuilt buildings

I am thinking of acquiring Atlas's prebuilt passenger station but was wondering if anyone has purchased one and care to comment on how well they are assembled and finished.

Also would like to know if they come with lighting?

Anyone with pictures would be appreciated.
