I don't know if it can be considered official, but this yelp entry claims it's permanently closed. (I am not familiar enough with yelp to know if it can be considered fact).

The actual web site for the restaurant just says still closed due to fire.

Sorry I didn't really give you first hand "on the scene" info, but it's not looking too good I think.
