I have two of those; one Halogen Chemical and one Jones Chemical. Only one has a load of Cl tanks, though. The tanks are fairly accurate. I used to see them being exchanged at one of the Baltimore water treatment plants; they were using a dedicated flatbed semi-trailer that was equipped the same as the flatcar.
