The three modules pictures are:
T module is 6ft wide X 5ft(toward the turntable).
TT module is 4ft X 4ft
RH module is 4ft X 4ft

This set up on my layout was done 5' X 7' with a smaller TT, same Korber 304 house. The TT is a Diamond Scale with a 26 1/2" bridge.

This video was done to show how the 304 Ross Switches work, but it does show the basic access to the TT via the "Y" module.
