it is the VIC 56 85 foot coastal tramp steamer. Here is a stock picture of it undecorated.
btw, DEERFIELD RIVER models is at theBIG E in the Malory complex building on your right side when you enter that building. They are just about across from Sylvan ship models. Not sure if they are making this model anymore. He may have one on display. I got mine way back when he first placed them on his table. It did go up in price over the years as the owner started adding more parts to it.
