In the Recent Posts area, how could the topic areas be differentiated to make it usable for you? Maybe roll the curser over the topic title and it shows which forum?

I personally think what the OP suggests would be great. This would help keep me from embarrassing myself by clicking on a Recent Posts topic thinking it is a 3R-traditional forum issue when in fact it was in the 2RS forum.
