The BASE3 won't change the voltages supplied to the LCS components, so they'd work fine. The LCS has three LCS connections, so you can split them up and make it more likely that you wouldn't need a bunch of the PDI Bus Joiners. That will obviously depend on exactly how you're split up the LCS runs from the BASE3.
