Traction Tires/Side Frames on ALCO C628

SD60MOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have an MTH ALCO C628...30-21080-1 Atlantic Coast Line...that has blown a couple of traction tires...nothing unusual there.

How does one remove the truck side frames in order to gain access to the traction tires?
