Reply to "trouble with homasote"

It's possible the Paint when drying caused it to warp. How is the Homasite attached to the plywood, screws or glued?

Last year we tore up our HO layout to the plywood and temporally (just to see home much noise it would make) laid homesite on the plywood and threw down some Fastrack (no screws or glue). every thing is flat.
