it’s $36 a sheet now around here, Chicago area. I’m in the market for 2 sheets for a standard gauge layout I am building. I’m putting it on 7/16” OSB on 1x4 framing and don’t expect any issues. I’m going to screw it only for easy tear down which is inevitable.
