Reply to "Update! csx heritage. pictures c&0 and b&O"

Picked up my b&o todays. really like the engine so far looks great. this is my first legacy diesel. Really pleased with it except the front right number boar was missing out of the box not sure what to do about that theres just a hole there. Really on these heritage units to each is own i really enjoy them but i dont think everyone will. I really loved the b & o paint scheme in the catalog but in person its a little much i would have done with out the patriot additions but it still looks great. I did put a chessie version in layaway today. I was really on the fence on these to be honest i thought it was really awfull in the catalog but in person it looks really nice. with the somewhat metallic paint the colors really pop. The best looking though is hands down the western maryland the red and black looks great. I just dont know what to do about the this. I mean should i be happy with the missing number board, scuff, and fact striped dont even line up. Should i take it back to my retailer or call lionel. bottom pic has the damage
