Jeremy, contact the shop you purchased it from. You shouldn't have to keep an item that is scuffed and missing a part. If they won't take it back, call/email Lionel. One way or another, you will be taken care of.

Really a nice locomotive. I like Swafford's drawing better, but this is still very nice. Omitting the lower patriotic striping and painting the lower section gray would have looked awesome.
