Waiting for MTH Service response

I sent an email to MTH just after Christmas in reference to having my PRR T1 PS32 card reset because of accidentally messing up the chain file while attempting to load the sound file. I have not recieved a response from them yet.

Does anyone know if it is normal to wait this long for a response?
