Flagg Coal 75 Operating a Special Railfan Excursion this evening. Seen here alongside Route 15 for a Photo Runby. The train is seen running on the "regular" route south towards Frederick. Volunteers have been clearing the northern section and we went on that section of the line before heading south...when on the northern end of the line, it was the first revenue passenger train WS has run on that line that wasn't a dinner train and it was the first steam locomotive on the line since 1948. The engine was run on a test run Thursday on the regular line and that run marked the first time that portion of the line has seen steam since 1948. Today marked the first day revenue steam trains ran on the line since 1948. Fun was had by all!
