Adhesive finally grabbed the plaster. The only thing I can figure is the residual water in the casting prevented any kind of bond until completely cured. Mountains and sky need more work.

The curve still has a few bubbles so I'll wait a few days before I decide to pull it out and redo. At that point I can decide how to pull the mountains through the corner. Needless to say the rock castings need some color.
