I agree with you but remember when the R16's came out and had window problems before you ever got a chance to run them. I remember when I bought a set many windows were out and I returned them for my refund. I know everything sometimes have problems but hey for the money you spend at least try to have a perfect car or have the examined before they are out to the public.
i sent my r16 to Lionel i did not have one window on the shell all were in the bag for all 4 cars but Lionel fixed it no charge at least they are not like MTH with the new r142 that have no reverse lights and have no fix for them , at least Lionel owned up and fixed them. i would love to see Lionel make more subway they make them really good looking especially the interior and i love how they included the full route of the line they are modeling
