Scott, I'll be glad to store them for you for up to 6 months (next York), so you can smuggle them into your house gradually. And I promise to give them enough exercise that the wheels don't rust.

A suggestion for the future: give your wife an all-expense prepaid trip to last until a few days after York. Mine returns today. In all honesty, I must give her credit; she said I should get whatever I wanted.)
